LDSI provides civil engineering services for residential and commercial development.  We will step in at the land entitlement phase of a project, provide land use studies, set up initial meetings with agency staff and commissions, and conduct feasibility studies.  Master plans, precise plans, and/or tentative mapping will follow, with construction plans and site inspections at each project’s conclusion.
